Description
This beautiful Mercedes 450 SL was delivered new on May 3, 1973, in Portland, Oregon, USA, to R.B.B. via the Don Rasmussen company. This was the very first Mercedes dealership in the USA!
Shortly before being exported to Germany, the 450 SL was still registered in Portland, Oregon, to a gentleman with a distinctly German name: Andreas Gerd W.
In August 2025, our 450 SL received its first registration in Germany – naturally with a historic vehicle license plate!
