Description
Shortly before Christmas 1973, on December 21st, this Jaguar E-Type V12 Roadster was manufactured in Coventry, England. It was shipped to New York, USA, on March 18th, 1974.
Our earliest records date back to May 14th, 1996. At that time, the E-Type was already registered in Essen (E-EE...).
From at least 2003 until 2023, the two-seater was owned by an enthusiast from Haltern, Germany. Over the years, he invested heavily in the car. Among other things, he had the factory-installed 4-speed manual transmission replaced with a low-revving 5-speed gearbox. The odometer, with a documented reading of 62,177 miles, was replaced with a reset km/h odometer in November 2013.
The current owner has entrusted us with the sale of his captivating E-Type.
