Description
May 24, 1988 was certainly a special day for Artur Wilhelm P. from Lübeck. His company received a new company car, namely this attractive 300 SL in the rare color combination of silver / burgundy leather.
After about two and a half years, Mr. P. (born in 1940) took over the car privately and used it until December 1991.
The car with the symbolic name 300 SL then passed through different, but all very careful, hands. The car leaves an extremely well-maintained impression. Our paint layer measuring device determined paint thicknesses between just under 100 my and 155 my, which indicates a lot of first paint.
We have various receipts for mileage including the original service booklet with 13 stamped inspections.
The underbody was recently cleaned with dry ice - with fantastic results!
A really beautiful 300 SL in an unusual color combination to enjoy straight away!
