Description
Very nice and well maintained Mercedes-Benz SL 500 R129 Roadster from the 2nd facelift with only 27.400 original kilometers and in a particularly rare and elegant color combination of circon green with saffron leather and green fabric top!
This convertible had been first registered in Florida in July 1999 and had the first owner there until 2002. With only 2.500 miles (4.220 km) the second owner in Florida then took over the roadster and maintained it until 2016. With then 5.497 miles (9.289 km) the SL 500 came into German hands.
The still very low total mileage is documented by Invoices, servicebook entries, a Carfax and TÜV documents. A report from 2018 gave the vehicle a grade of 1-.
The body is dent and scratch-free, the paintwork is all around in very good and shiny condition. To add to the beautiful overall look, the rear license plate recess was rebuilt to German size by Mercedes-Benz in Germany.
The interior is in very good original condition due to the low mileage, and the wood trim is free of breakage and cracks.
The Mercedes-Benz SL 500 has a very good service history and, in addition to the service book, there are also the maintenance documents plus invoices from Mercedes-Benz.
