Very original Mercedes-Benz SL 280 R107 Roadster with only 18400 km, delivered in Germany in March 1983.
What is special about this roadster is not only the low total mileage, but also the factory air conditioning, which is rarely installed for a German delivery.
The 5-speed manual gearbox installed here is also not found that often in the 280 SL vehicles.
With this 5-speed gearbox, the roadster can be moved in a really sporty way,
both in the mountains and on the highway, this circuit offers real advantages.
The car is from 3 owners. It was delivered and registered in Germany in March 1984, and then deregistered in 1985 and taken to the USA, California.
Bought there in 2005 by a Spaniard and brought back to Europe/Spain.
In 2019, a gentleman from northern Germany acquired this 280 SL for his collection.
The vehicle is accident-free and the bodywork is in a beautiful, neat original condition.
The underbody of the convertible is ice-blasted and impressively shows the low total mileage.
The original black soft top is in remarkably good condition and the body-colored hard top that comes with the vehicle is also in very good original condition.
The Fuchs (baroque rims) aluminum rims are equipped with classic tires from 2017. The tires are in very good condition all around with 7mm profile.
