Rolls-Royce Corniche, named after the Corniche coastal road between Monaco and Nice, is a model name of the British manufacturer Rolls-Royce.
The Coupé and Drophead Coupé (Cabriolet) variants of the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow were marketed under this name from 1971 to 1995 and the Rolls-Royce version of the Bentley Continental R from 2000 to 2002.
The Corniche had the company's regular V8 engine with an engine block made of an aluminum-silicon alloy (Alusil), aluminum cylinder heads and wet, cast-iron cylinder liners. 104.1 mm bore and 99.1 mm stroke resulted in a total displacement of 6750 cm³.
Technically well-maintained Rolls-Royce Corniche Cabriolet in white with black leather upholstery and black fabric top.
The vehicle was first delivered to a family in Abu Dabi (UAE) in 1979 and moved there. The vehicle then found its way to the USA where it remained until 2009.
This car has been in the collection of one owner in Germany since 2010.
In the meantime, a lot of work has been done on the vehicle such as the renewal of the fabric top, renewal of the steering gear, sealing work and more.
In addition to the on-board folder, there are also invoices from the USA and Germany.
This elegant convertible is in a beautiful and good roadworthy general condition,
not as good as new, but with a very good price-performance ratio and ready for immediate use.
TÜV and AU are renewed before handover.
